Martin Börjesson has over 18 years of global IT experience. Before joining Gartner in 2016, Martin has been the CIO at DSB (Danish State Railways) and Vice President Service Delivery at Vestas. He has also held positions at E.ON and Tetra Pak as Head of IT-Delivery and Senior Program Manager. Martin has lived and worked in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Austria and USA. Martin has particular skills in IT Transformation, IT Strategy, Positioning of IT within large global Organizations, Outsourcing of AD/AM and I&O, Application Portfolio Management, Cost Optimization and Project Portfolio Management Mr. Börjesson holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Lund and a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from the University of West Sweden.

Tommas Topshøj came into Production Engineering at Nordea as the group was formed in 2011 with a stringent focus on building performance enabled, scalable and resilient platforms for the Capital Markets infrastructure inside Nordea. In 2013 there was an opportunity to cover the full scope of Storage throughout the Company as the process of IT insourcing from IBM began. (Capital Markets was insourced in 2011) Prior to joining Nordea, Tommas was an Enterprise Storage Specialist in IBM Denmark for 12 years, handling enterprise customers with storage and server consolidation projects. Handling all top tier IBM customers in the Nordics - actually handling the Storage relocation part for IBM in moving Nordea into IBM datacenters in Sweden from each of the Nordic countries (Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark). Nordea is a +29PB Allocated Storage Shop with more than 13PB of allocated Flash technology in production.

Hans Jayatissa

CTO

Hans Jayatissa, CTO for the Nordics region, designs solutions for large systems across multiple industries. Hans won the CSC Award for Technical Excellence in 2010 for the Danish Digital Land Registration system (eTL), where he led the design and development of the world’s first system to fully automate the legal process for property registration. Hans has been involved in the architectural solution of hundreds of bids and projects for CSC across different industries and countries and across multiple generations of technologies. Solutions have ranged from modernizing mainframe applications to designing mobile and cloud-based solutions—always with a focus on solutions that are durable yet prepare for future change. Hans earned an MSc in Computer Science & Mathematics, a BA in Classical Studies and an MBA in General Management. He holds a Six Sigma Green Belt and TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) Certification.
